Villa 11 is a lovely open plan home with spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with a pantry and dish draw. This villa has 2 large double bedrooms with an easy access bathroom. For those who enjoy gardening, Villa 11 has it's own private garden. Villa 11 is a comfortable and warm home all year round, with the bonus addition of a heat pump.

All our villas have garages with internal access, as well as extra outdoor parking outside each villa.

Broadview Retirement Village is set in a blissful rural setting and is only a five-minute drive from town. For those that no longer drive we also offer a courtesy bus service to town, every Wednesday.

Our village has a beautiful community centre with a well-equipped kitchen, library and lovely outdoor area, which residents are able to access at any time. You can also relax and take in the lovely countryside views in our courtyard gardens.

Our residents enjoy the freedom of their independence but also the many communal activities such as morning teas, outings, games, craft, movies, exercise, entertainers and much more. Beach picnics or concerts - it's up to you how you spend your time.

There’s also the peace of mind that Broadview Care Home is right next door, for when your needs change. Our village residents are given priority access if you require it.
